Have a question about our products or our company? Here's a list of our most frequently asked questions about our Organic, plant-based sauces.
Products, Sourcing + Ingredients
How do you source your ingredients?
Very carefully. We make our job harder, because we’re always looking for better, fresher, Organic produce and ingredients to make our sauces. Highest quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil? Check. When it’s time to source vegetables for our small-batch production, we always reach out to our “ugly” produce purveyors first because food waste hurts our hearts, our wallets and our environment. Our goal is always to source 100% “ugly” produce, but when we can’t, we prioritize working with our trusted, local farmers.
Weren’t you called Haven Row?
Good memory! When we first launched in February 2018, we went by the name “Haven Row,” and we had a small tagline about the “Do Anything Sauce”. Well guess what? We got so much great feedback on that tagline, and our early customers felt so inspired by it, that we decided to call ourselves Do Anything Foods! With our new name, we feel ready to tackle the world of fresh, plant-based snacks and meal prep!
Are your products ____-free?
Probably. We are so proud that our sauces are certified Organic and Non-GMO. They’re also Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Nut Free and Kosher! If you’ve got any specific allergy concerns, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com *Please note that while our products are free of many common allergens, our manufacturing facility also processes nuts and other allergens on the same equipment that they use for our products. While we take precautions to avoid cross contamination, we can't guarantee it with complete certainty.
Do the products have to be kept cold?
Yes, please! These aren’t your typical high-heat pasteurized, full of ? ingredients shelf-stable sauce. You’ve gotta keep these jars cold to keep them happy and healthy.
How long are the sauces good for after opening?
Usually about 7 to 14 days, if you can keep them around that long.
Are the jars microwavable? BPA Free?
No! Please don’t microwave these jars. Yes! They are BPA Free.
What’s HPP (high pressure pasteurization)?
It’s a relatively new technology used to kill bad bacteria in food products. Instead of using heat to pasteurize (which kills flavor, freshness and diminishes lots of the nutrients) we use pressure that squeezes the bad guys to death - and voila! Sauces that stay fresh for 90 days.
Should I eat the product if the seal has been damaged?
No, please don't consume any product with a damaged seal. If you purchased the product from a retailer, you may return the product to them. If you purchased the product online, or just want to let us know what happened, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Online Orders, Shipping + Returns
Where do you deliver? What about PO Boxes and APOs?
We ship across the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. At this time, we are not shipping to any countries outside of the United States. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or U.S. territories outside of the continental U.S. We can ship to APOs as long as you are able to receive packages via third-party shippers such as UPS and FedEx. Keep in mind that this product must be kept cold and cannot withstand extended travel times.
When will my order ship?
Shipping a refrigerated product all over the country is quite tricky, as you might imagine. As a result, we have a rather complex answer to this question. To simplify, we ship orders out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, depending on your location. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to process before we ship (and longer if you’re ordering on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday). Once we’ve shipped it, you’ll receive tracking information; the product should arrive to you in 1 to 2 business days. We’re always working to get you these orders as fast and as fresh as we can. If you have any questions about this, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How are the products kept chilled during delivery?
Our insulation and packing methods have been rigorously tested to ensure that they keep the product cold from source to destination. All items should be refrigerated as soon as they are received, and by the end of the day on which they were delivered at the very latest. If you receive your order and it is not cold, please email our Customer Care team at email@example.com
What if my delivery is late?
Sometimes delivery delays beyond our control happen, like when our delivery partners have a truck that unexpectedly breaks down or gets stuck due to traffic or weather. If your box does not arrive cool to the touch and the product is not at a safe temperature of 40 degrees fahrenheit or below, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my order is damaged en route?
We are happy to replace any items damaged in transit. We typically ask for a photo of the damage to pass along to our shipping team in case there is a trend in breakage. Additionally, if the box was also damaged, a photo of that can help us get information to our shipping partners. Please let us know the original order number and the best address for the return shipment.
Do you accept returns?
We can’t accept returns on our products due to their perishable nature. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your sauces, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at email@example.com within one week of receiving your order. We’re happy to help you find something you’ll love.
